Question

upgrades

Hi,

 

I am currently paying for a  Samsung Galaxy A17 at £23 per month. My upgrade date is in March next year. I will want to upgrade to the IPhone 18 Pro Max at that point in time.

 

I am told that because the device I want to get is double the cost of my current device then your system would reject  the upgrade due to the price difference is this correct?

    I understand that you'd like to upgrade from your Samsung Galaxy A17, currently costing £23 per month, to an iPhone 18 Pro Max when you become eligible in March next year.

     

    Unfortunately, we're unable to confirm in advance whether the upgrade will be approved based on the difference in handset prices. Upgrade eligibility and the options available are determined by the checks and offers in place at the time you apply, so we wouldn't want to give you an inaccurate answer now.

     

    Once you're eligible to upgrade, our Sales Team will be able to review your account, check your eligibility and confirm whether the iPhone 18 Pro Max is available to you and what the monthly cost and upfront payment would be.
