Question

Upgrades - can i pay more upfront? are proces negotiable?

I am due an upgrade. Other networks are offering to be able to pay a higher upfront payment to lower mo they repayments. Is this something customer services can do? Also I’ve found another provider offering the same phone I’m looking at for cheaper. Would ID price match or am I better off changing network?
