Hello, I am not satisfied with the update offer, I looked on mobiles.co.uk and this is the offer I am interested in, can you suggest one to me?

I’m confused. The deal on mobiles.co.uk is more expensive, but it includes unlimited data, unlike the plan emailed to your Outlook address. If you want to upgrade via mobiles.co.uk, then upgrade via mobiles.co.uk. Maybe try giving the iD Mobile sales team. The iD Mobile sales team can be contacted on 020 7139 1397, with advisers available from 9am to 6pm.
