Why is it I can see offers on mobiles a lot lot cheaper than upgrading through yourself it makes me want to cancel and go elsewhere .

Hi there ​@Dave Brooker, new customer and current customer deals vary. When you first joined us, you’d have been able to take on an offer for a new customer that wouldn’t have been available to current customers at the time, which tends to be the same for all networks.
