want to change plan but keep getting "oops something went wrong"

Hi I have a sim only plan and want to change the plan for more data but keep getting “opps something went wrong” when i select the new plan and then click accept/proceed. I have clear my cache tried using different browsers and different pc’s but all have the same result. Is thwere anyone in ID mobile support who can help

I completely understand how frustrating it must be to run into the “Oops… something went wrong” error while trying to change your plan.

This issue can sometimes happen if your account isn’t yet eligible for a plan change, or if there’s a temporary system issue. To move forward, you can:
 

Option 1 – Contact iD Mobile Sales:
Call the sales team directly on 0800 049 0250. They can manually process your plan change and ensure your account is updated.
 

Option 2 – Online/Live Chat:
You can also reach out via the iD Mobile Live Chat for assistance.
 

Once you contact them, they’ll be able to confirm your eligibility, apply the new plan, and make sure your data allowance is updated correctly.
