Thanks for this Michael, my wording was poor. I am able to upgrade I simply meant can I keep my current deal but upgrade my phone.

Just to confirm, when upgrading your phone, the plan and handset are usually part of the same agreement, so keeping your exact current deal while upgrading the handset isn’t always possible.
