Want to upgrade with an iD plan but not being offered

I've seen an offer on a price comparison site with iD but I'm not getting that offer for my upgrade.

I've tried calling the 08000490250 but it's not giving me the option to speak to someone. Also, it's not accepting the Customer Service pin even though I got it from my app.

Please help 😩
