I am coming to the end of my contract but I do not want to upgrade. I just want to stay on the same contract and I assumed it would be less a month as I would have paid off the phone.I can’t see an option to do this though when I log in. Any ideas?

Hi @lucbessonIf you are referring to staying on the same data plan instead of upgrading to a new handset plan, then a sim only plan would be best for you. It is like staying on your same plan, you can get the same allowances and pay way cheaper if you go ahead with the sim only plan.But if you leave the contract as is, you will continue to be charged for the same plan.Thank you.
