what happens when contract ends?

Hello all,

My contract ends soon and I currently pay £46.11 monthly.

My question is, what happens after the contract ends on 16/06/25, I know i will continue to get billed. But I want to know how much?

Is it a case for example the phone is £30 monthly and plan £16.11, so I will only pay £16.11 monthly after contract ends?

Or do I continue to get billed my usual £46.11.

I tried live chat 4 times and no one could give me an answer.

When the contract ends, the monthly rate remains the same. You will continue to pay the same monthly amount until you decide to upgrade to a new device, switch to a SIM only plan, or cancel your plan. The contract doesn't end until it's cancelled by one of the parties.

For example, if you currently pay £46.11 monthly, you will continue to pay £46.11 after the contract ends, not just the plan cost. You can change to another plan, including a cheaper one, after the minimum term finishes.
