What is the upgrade process like?

Hi All, I'm eligible for an upgrade in a couple of months. Do ID do a credit check again? Are all the direct debit and bank details kept the same after an upgrade? Will payments just carry on as usual from the same bank account after the upgrade?

    For an upgrade no, no credit check would be done, direct debit would stay the same date and details, only the amount would change (assuming the tariff amount changes).
