What on earth is happening with Orders!!

Due to the recent offers I made an upgrade order for the Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra Sky Blue, didn’t receive any sort of order confirmation and when I made the order it said Delivered by 29th May, its 29th today and nothing. Also a day after I made the Sky blue order I tried making a order for the Black as it was showing as next day delivery, I still have not had any confirmation on that but got an email to say it would be delivered on the 12th june, but if you go to order one it says next day. ID have been incapable of providing any sort of update on these orders with any kind of accuracy it’s driving me nuts, after my contract ends I think I need to leave ID mobile wasn’t too bad at first but even for the discount over other providers I really dont think ID is worth it.

We're sorry for the frustration and confusion this has caused.

 

There have been issues affecting handset orders placed since 22 May 2026, which have unfortunately resulted in delays and inaccurate delivery estimates for some customers.

 

If you visit the iD Mobile website, you should see a yellow banner at the top of the page advising customers about these order delays.

 

 

We appreciate that this is particularly frustrating when you've received conflicting information regarding delivery dates and stock availability. Unfortunately, the estimated delivery dates shown when placing an order may not always reflect the latest stock situation while these issues are ongoing.

 

As soon as stock becomes available and your order is processed, you'll receive an update confirming the delivery details.

 

We're very sorry for the inconvenience caused and appreciate your patience while this is being resolved.
