Hi there, if I am to upgrade early what do I do with my old phone? Do I need to pay an extra fee or do I just keep my phone? TIA

Hey there @Louis Miller, if you upgrade with us, the new plan will begin immediately, and your first bill since changing will be pro-rata’d, between the old cost and new cost together, and after that, all payments will change to the usual amount of the new plan per month.Thanks,Tyler

Hi @FWillow no worries, it’s best to be 100% clear.If you upgrade and get a new handset, you can keep the old one as a spare, or perhaps sell it? You could even upgrade a to a SIM only plan and continue using your current handset; this would work out a cheaper option if you’re not after a new handset.When you upgrade your number will remain the same, only your plan and tariff will change.
