The available upgrade options can vary depending on stock availability and your account eligibility. If you are currently only seeing the iPhone 16e as an upgrade option, this may mean that the other iPhone 16 models are temporarily unavailable or not currently showing on your account.
We would recommend checking again later through the iD Mobile app or website, as stock and upgrade options are updated regularly. Alternatively, you can contact our Sales Team on 0800 049 0250 and they will be able to check the latest iPhone upgrade options available to you.
