Have you tried contacting the iD Mobile Telephone Sales team about delivery of your iD order, @Kate Elizabeth Conlon.

Contact an iD sales adviser on 020 7139 1397, between 9am - 6pm.

Probably best to resolve this issue by using the iD online Live Chat service, to speak to a customer adviser @hayleybaxter8

The advisers work until 8pm on weekdays and 6pm on weekends - just tell the 24/7 chatbot you’d like to “talk to a person”.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with iD Mobile or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. Did my comment help answer your question? If so, don't forget to mark the response as the Most Helpful Answer.

Hi, I placed an order on 11 July 2026 at 23:20 and received an email confirming it. Since then, I haven't received any updates about my order.

I called customer service, but I've spoken to three different representatives and each of them gave me different information, which has been very confusing.

Could you please provide me with an accurate update on the status of my order and let me know when it is expected to be delivered?

Thank you.
