I placed an order last week iphone 15 i have had no update from dpd or a pin etc? 

Where is my phone? 

I paid £9 upgrade fee t

Hi. I have the same issue. 
I ordered an upgrade iPhone 17 Pro and took screen shots as I went. But I have not had any confirmation email or next day delivery messages. 

I can’t see an order number on the screen shots but I completed the order, entered my card details etc.

Still having issues such a poor service 😡 I was told 2/3 days nothing been over a week. Thinking leaving tbh.
