I have a pay monthly plan with ID that is 24 months long and I am not able to upgrade, rather, “downgrade”. I would love if I could switch to a cheaper plan! I have tried for a while to switch but it always says they don’t “have any plans available” which I’m sure can’t be true. Maybe I have to stick with the plan for a little longer before I can switch? If anyone knows why I can’t switch please let me know!
