WHY CAN'T I CHANGE SIM PLANS?

I have a pay monthly plan with ID that is 24 months long and I am not able to upgrade, rather, “downgrade”. I would love if I could switch to a cheaper plan! I have tried for a while to switch but it always says they don’t “have any plans available” which I’m sure can’t be true. Maybe I have to stick with the plan for a little longer before I can switch? If anyone knows why I can’t switch please let me know!

@Ambika Gurung  If you log into to IDMobile account and then plan thereafter Upgrade it should indicate if your eligible for an upgrade. If you are there should be a date to when you may apply for an upgrade. If your eligible for an upgrade you call always call sales to discuss your plan change.

Morning, this has helped lots. I am able to upgrade but it's not a better deal to what I have now! Thank you for the help

You can always call sale's and they maybe able to offer other deals over the phone. 

020 7139 1397. The sales team is available from 9 am to 6 pm, Monday to Friday
