why cant i get unlimited data on my uograde?

I'm due an upgrade on my phone and the upgrade options don't include unlimited data. Why is this?

    Thank you for reaching out, and I'm sorry to hear that an unlimited data option isn't currently showing among your available upgrades. I understand why this would be disappointing, particularly if unlimited data is important to you.

     

    Upgrade options can vary depending on your individual account eligibility and the offers currently available on your account, so not every plan will necessarily appear in the upgrade section.

     

    We'd recommend contacting our Sales Team via Live Chat or by calling 0800 049 0250. They'll be able to review your account and check whether an unlimited data plan or another suitable option is available to you.

     

    We apologise for any inconvenience and hope the Sales Team can find an upgrade that meets your needs.

    To discuss this you can contact the iD Mobile sales team by calling 020 7139 1397 or 0800 049 0250. They are open from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday.

    You can also reach them online via the iD Mobile Live Chat (The Live Chat team are available 9am - 8pm Monday to Friday, and 9am - 6pm Saturday and Sunday) :-

    When you contact the Live Chat :-

    Type ‘talk to a person’ in the dialogue box and this will bypass the unhelpful chatbot.
