Why cant i use my 90Gb data to its max

I have a contract for 90Gb data, why am i only allowed to use 30Gb even though im in the UK. I just upgraded to 90Gb Data to be able to use it all

Thank you for getting in touch with us, if you have upgraded your plan, you will only get a portion of your data allowances until the next billing date.
Once the bill refreshes you will then get a 90GB of data.
