why does it take so long to get upgrade confirmation??

Why does it take so long to upgrade online ?? It's 2025 should near be instant... Waiting over 12 hours now to hear back very slow

    Hi there ​@Cormt, all orders typically take 24-hours to hear back due to regular security and credit checks. If you don’t hear back after 24-hours, it may be that the phone isn’t in stock and we’ll only email you once it’s back in stock and dispatched.
