how to cancel/amend my son’s plan?

I pay for my Son’s ID mobile contract but the account is set up with his email address and I can’t access it. How do I cancel or amend the plan?

@HD1 - You should be able to add it to the iD Mobile app, use the details of the account holder (yourself) from there you can amend or cancel:
