Switching over to a sim only plan

Hi My phone contract ends on 5May2024, I can see that I’m eligible for updgrades but I can’t see the sim only deal option..Can someone please help as I’m looking to reduce my monthly Direct Debits and I don’t need a new phone

Hey there @Kershoomar, welcome to Community!

 

If you’re wanting to upgrade/plan change to a SIM only contract, then you’ll need to login to the iD Mobile app/website (once it’s back online), and go to the “Upgrades” or “Plan change” tab on there, and choose on available to you.

 

If you’re unable to do so or can’t find one you’re happy with, then please call our sales team on 02071391397, who can provide further assistance regarding this.
