I've not received my Refer a Friend cashback, what should I do?

If you haven’t received your Refer a Friend cashback, don’t worry! Here’s what you should do to get it sorted:

 

Double check your Aklamio dashboard.

 

 

You can easily check the status of your referrals and the rewards you’ve earned by signing into your referral account dashboard. Just visit our Refer a Friend page and click ‘Sign In’ to get started.

We’ll also email you as soon as your referral account is credited from a successful referral. If you’ve forgotten your login details, don’t panic! It’s easy to reset your referral account password here.
