195Mbps throttled vs 1Gbps unthrottled data roaming speeds in Spain (ID vs EE)

I just wanted to post my recent experience of data roaming capacity in Spain, I compared ID mobile with my EE Pay Monthly SIM and I would like to know if others experience such dramatic differneces in data roaming speeds in Europe?

ID mobile maxing out at around 200Mbps<

EE mobile maxing out at around 1Gbps+

I used the same UK speed test server, same phone and same location, also I was close to the local Movistar 5G antenna.
