"Could you please confirm whether my 30 GB roaming fair-use allowance resets on each monthly billing date, even if I remain in France continuously, or whether it is limited to 30 GB for my entire trip?"

Yes, your 30GB roaming fair usage allowance resets at the start of each new billing cycle, even if you remain in France continuously.

 

However, if you're living or spending more time in France than in the UK over an extended period, our Fair Usage Policy may apply. This is designed to ensure that inclusive EU roaming is used for temporary travel rather than permanent use abroad. If our checks show that your usage and presence are predominantly outside the UK over a sustained period, additional charges may apply, or we may contact you about your usage.
