Please help me to activate my roaming in Bulgaria because I can't receive calls and I can't make calls and don't have data

Thank you for getting in touch with us, please accept my apologies for any inconvenience caused to you having trouble with the roaming.
Please ensure that the roaming feature is toggled on within both the handset settings as well as the iD Mobile app.
Please ensure that you are manually connected to the networks Vivacom or GLOBUL.

Hello,I activate roaming in my phone but I can't find handset settings for roaming in the iD Mobile app.Pleace activate my roaming

Thank you for your response. Roaming can be switched on directly within the iD Mobile app, but you can enable it through your online account by following these steps:

 

  1. Open or log in here: https://my.idmobile.co.uk/login
  2. Tap Plan
  3. Scroll down to the Manage your iD service section
  4. Tap Manage your iD services
  5. Switch the roaming toggle to ON
  6. Tap Save to confirm your changes
