The Roam Beyond add-on doesn't automatically stop any additional charges from being applied. If you use services that aren't included in the add-on, or continue using chargeable services after your allowance has been used, extra charges can still be added to your bill.

If you don't want to incur any additional charges while roaming, we'd recommend setting your bill cap to £0.00. You can do this by:

• Logging into the iD Mobile app or your online account.
• Going to Bills.
• Selecting Manage Bill Cap.
• Moving the slider to £0.00 and saving your changes.

If you're unsure what the additional charges relate to, our Customer Service team via Live Chat can review your account and explain them in more detail.
