My roaming add in bought for while I’m in Turkey is not working and I am being charged

    Sorry to hear that you’re unable to use roaming data in Turkey.

     

    Please try manually connecting to our partner network, Turk Telekom, using the steps below:

     

    Apple:

     

    Go to Settings

    Tap Mobile Service

    Tap Network Selection

    Turn off Automatic

    Select Turk Telekom

    Return to the home screen

    Wait a few minutes and test your service again

     

    Android:

     

    Swipe down to open the notifications panel

    Tap the Settings icon

    Tap Connections

    Tap Mobile Networks

    Turn off Select Automatically

    Select Turk Telekom

    Wait a few minutes and test your service again
