add on roaming in Turkey not working

Roaming in Turkey- 10 day add on isn’t working- tried everything including manually changing network from available networks. Don’t know ehat else to do!

We're really sorry to hear you're having issues with your Turkey roaming add-on.

 

If the 10-day add-on isn't working despite already being activated and you've tried manually selecting a network, we'd recommend trying a full network reset as the next step.

 

For iPhone:

  • Go to Settings > General > Transfer or Reset iPhone > Reset > Reset Network Settings

For Android:

  • Go to Settings > System > Reset Options > Reset Wi-Fi, mobile & Bluetooth

 

After doing this, restart your phone and try manually selecting a roaming network again.

 

If it still doesn't work after this, please let us know and we'll help you get it resolved.
