Great news! Portugal is an inclusive roaming destination with iD Mobile, so you won't need to purchase any additional data add-ons. You'll be able to use your UK allowance while you're there, subject to our fair usage policy.
To help prevent any unexpected out-of-plan charges, we'd recommend setting your bill cap to £0.00 before you travel.
To do this:
- Log in to the iD Mobile app or your online account.
- Go to Bills.
- Select Manage Bill Cap.
- Set the bill cap to £0.00.
To get the best possible service while you're in Greece, please make sure you're connected to one of our roaming partners:

On iPhone:
- Go to Settings > Mobile Service (or Mobile Data) > Network Selection.
- Turn Automatic off.
- Wait for the available networks to appear and select one of the partners listed above.
On Android:
- Go to Settings > Connections > Mobile Networks > Network Operators.
- Turn Select Automatically off.
- Wait for the available networks to appear and select one of the partners listed above.
