Hi @UChrosciak24,

hank you for reaching out, and I'd be happy to clarify this for you.

If your plan includes roaming in Spain, your standard UK data allowance can be used there without needing to purchase a separate roaming add-on, subject to the roaming allowance that applies to your plan.

If you need additional roaming data, you can purchase a roaming add-on through the iD Mobile app:

1. Open the iD Mobile app and sign in.
2. Select your mobile number.
3. Go to Add-ons.
4. Select the available Roaming/Data add-on you require.
5. Follow the instructions to complete the purchase.

Once the add-on has been successfully purchased, you'll receive a text message confirming the purchase and providing information about the allowance you've added.

Please make sure the add-on is purchased before using chargeable roaming data if your inclusive allowance has been exhausted, as additional usage may otherwise result in out-of-plan charges.

If you'd like us to check exactly what roaming allowance is included with your specific plan, please let us know and we'll be happy to help.
