call problem to Poland. i tray call to my father but its problem

I recently got a contract. I can't call Poland on my mobile number. I have a prefix in front of it. It says some kind of cup.

    thanks for getting in touch. I’m really sorry you’re having trouble making calls to Poland, especially after just starting your contract.

     

    Let’s try a few quick checks:

    • Make sure you’re dialling the number in full international format:
    → +48 (Poland code) + number
    • Remove any extra prefix or saved format in your contacts and dial manually
    • Check you have international calling enabled on your plan
    • Restart your phone and try again
    • Make sure you have credit/allowance available if it’s not included in your plan

     

    Also check:

    • Try calling a different international number (if possible)
    • Ensure call barring is not enabled in settings
