call problem to Poland. i tray call to my father but its problem

I recently got a contract. I can't call Poland on my mobile number. I have a prefix in front of it. It says some kind of cup. Whats now?

    We’re really sorry for any inconvenience caused. Please note that to call Poland, you will need to increase your Bill Cap (set it above £0) in the iD Mobile app to allow international charges.

    Also, make sure you dial the number in the correct format: +48 [number], removing the initial “0” from the Polish number.

    The message you received indicates that your current plan is blocking additional charges, which is why increasing your Bill Cap in the app is required before the calls can go through.
