calling 0345 number from malta

Yes, Malta is one of our inclusive roaming destinations, so you can use your UK allowances while you're there. However, if you're trying to call an 03456 number, you'll need to make sure you have enough available spend and that your bill cap isn't preventing the call. 0345 numbers aren't always treated the same as standard UK mobile and landline calls while roaming.

We'd recommend increasing your bill cap and then trying the call again.

You can do this through the iD Mobile app:

1. Sign in to the iD Mobile app.
2. Go to Account.
3. Select Bill Cap.
4. Increase the limit and save the changes.
