Calls to Romania not working. is it extra ?

I’m really sorry you’re having trouble with this. I understand how frustrating that must be.
 

Calls to Romania should be possible, so let’s quickly check a few things:

Please try the following:

• Make sure you are dialling in the correct format: +40 (Romania country code) + number
• Check you have no call barring enabled in your phone settings
• Restart your phone
• Make sure you have credit/allowance available on your plan for international calls
• Try moving to a different location in case of signal issues
 

Also important:

International calls (including Romania) may not be included in your monthly allowance, depending on your plan, and may be chargeable.

Hi.

This is what I would like to know... if international calls to Romania are extra or not.  I do have call barring enabled for the purpose of not use it for 0800 etc calls especialy.

Is there anyone able to provide the info based on my contract if the calls are extra or not ?

Kindly be advised that international calls are not included in your allowance and will incur additional charges.

You may need to increase your bill cap in order to make international calls.

Calls to Romania are charged at £0.09 per minute to mobile numbers and £0.02 per minute to landlines.
