Can I Pause a Travel Add-On Until My Trip?

I mistakenly bought an add-on for a trip that is supposed to take place next week. Is there any way to pause the add-on for now until I go on the trip, and unpause it to use when I need it?

    We're sorry to hear that.

     

    Unfortunately, once a roaming add-on has been purchased, it can't be paused, postponed or reactivated at a later date. The add-on starts immediately from the time of purchase and remains active for its fixed duration.

     

    If your trip isn't until next week, we'd recommend purchasing any future roaming add-ons once you've arrived at your destination (or when you're ready to start using them), so you can make the most of the full validity period.
