I got the iPhone 17 last month but it’s faulty I can’t get notifications I’ve done everything who do I contact please

 I’m sorry to hear you’re having issues with notifications on your new iPhone 17. That must be frustrating after getting a brand-new device!
Since the phone is faulty, the best next step is to contact Currys, as they supplied the device. They’ll be able to arrange a repair, replacement, or return under your warranty. You can reach them via:

Before you do that, you might want to try these quick checks:

-Make sure Do Not Disturb or Focus Mode isn’t enabled.
-Go to Settings > Notifications and confirm notifications are turned on for your apps.
-Restart your device and check for any iOS updates under Settings > General > Software Update.
