Canadian add on

I have just purchased a Canadian add on but don't want it to start till 18 th August. I'm not sure if I have done the right thing. Will it start now or when I am in Canada?

Thank you for your message.

To clarify, all our add-ons start immediately from the moment of purchase. They cannot be scheduled for a future date, paused, or delayed until you arrive in Canada. Because the add-on is already active, it will likely expire before your trip on 18th August.

As digital add-ons apply to your account straight away, we are unable to cancel or refund them. To ensure you have coverage during your trip, we recommend purchasing your next Canadian add-on on the day you fly or when you land.
