cannot dial UK phone numbers while abroad

Can you check on the iD Mobile app if your bill cap is more than £0 as you will need to increase your bill cap to make international calls.

To set or change your Bill Cap on the iD Mobile app:

Open the iD Mobile app and sign in.
Tap Bills at the bottom of the screen.
Scroll down and select Manage bill cap.
Move the slider or type the amount you want.
Tap Save or Confirm.

Your Bill Cap can be set anywhere between £0 and your credit limit.

A few useful things to know:

The Bill Cap only controls out-of-plan charges like premium calls, extra data usage, and roaming charges outside inclusive destinations.
Your normal monthly plan cost and add-ons are not included in the cap.
Setting it to £0 blocks all extra spend outside your allowance.
You can change the cap anytime in the app
