We are so sorry to hear of the issues that you are experiencing, however kindly note that depending where you are or the number which you are trying to call, you may need to increase your bill cap as calls and texts are not included out of our roaming destinations, for international numbers or premium numbers.

To increase your iD Mobile bill cap, log in to the iD Mobile app or your online account, navigate to the "Bills" section, select "Manage bill cap," and adjust the slider to a higher limit (up to £75). Changes can take effect immediately, allowing you to use services beyond your plan allowances.
