Cant access the Id website for customer service and in vietnam unable to text my bank confirmation in the Uk

I can’t text my bank a confirmation code from Vietnam but also can’t access the ID website to contact customer service stuck in a loop don’t know what to do!

    Sorry you’re dealing with this, I can help.

    When you’re in Vietnam, some verification texts(like bank codes) can be blocked due to roaming restrictions. Also, some countries block access to certain websites, which is why the iD site may be unavailable.
     

    Please try:

    Turning roaming on

    Checking your SMS cap (if it’s set to £0.00, increase it)

    Restarting your phone
