• Use +90 instead of 00
• Remove the leading zero from the local number

For example:

• +90 232 557 2053
• +90 232 557 2058

If you continue to receive the message “we cannot connect this call”, please try the following:

• Restart your handset
• Toggle Airplane Mode on for 60 seconds and then off
• Ensure international calling is enabled on your account (some plans may require this to be active)
• Make sure your Bill Cap is set higher than £0, as this can restrict out-of-plan and international usage
• Check that the international calling feature is enabled on your account
• Ensure you have sufficient credit or allowance for international calls
• Try calling a different international number to test if the issue is number-specific
• Ensure you have a stable network connection (4G/5G or Wi-Fi calling if enabled)
