Changing countries with Roam Beyond

Hi, I bought a 5 day Roam Beyond add-on for Singapore and it worked great. I was there 3 days.

Then I bought a 1 day for New Zealand and moved over there. I have been in NZ for over 30 hours now but my phone still says I have NZ roaming active.

Why has it not stopped after the 24 hours? Will I be charged extra?

    Thank you for your post. I am glad to hear the Singapore add-on worked well for you.

     

    Could you try restarting your phone? This often resolves it by refreshing the network connection and updating the roaming status shown.

     

    In terms of charges, as long as your bill cap is set to £0, you will not be charged extra beyond your add-on, so you don't need to worry about additional costs

    Thanks. I've tried restarting but my phone still says I have roaming even though I switched roaming off. Good to know I won't be charged extra. My phone's obviously suffering from jetlag 🤣
