Charged an extra £45 on top of £35 roaming fee in Turkey?

Just arrived in Turkey and paid £35 for 10 days roaming. When I checked my current bill, I’ve been charged £35 plus £45 roaming fee! This is incorrect as I was notified of this charge after paying the roaming fee, see attached screenshot.
