Charged for Albanian data in Corfu

was in Corfu last week got charged for data from Albania because I got too close, never left Corfu. Was driving at the time so didn’t get the new country message and when I tried to fix it it kept rejoining Albanian telecom. Used up £5 spend limit for no return very disappointed. Can I get the charges reinstated?
