checking if you have run out of data roaming

My data suddenly stopped working on the last day of being abroad in one of the free roaming destinations and said it was a pdp activation failure meaning they could not activate my data roaming - I want to know how to check how much roaming I have left and how to top it up for one of the included free roaming destinations

Apart from taking a photo of your data allowance when you start a holiday I also want to know how to check what I have left of the 30 allowance per month. I can’t see anywhere that you can do that..? 🤔

Kindly be advised that if you are roaming in one of the 50 EU Roam Free destinations, you can monitor your data usage via the app. We no longer apply the previous 30GB roaming limit, and you can now use your UK data allowance while abroad, just as you would at home. This means that depending on your plan, whether it is 50GB or unlimited data, your allowance will apply in the same way.

@Indieoz123  You can check your usage in the app. If you would like to add extra data, you can do so by following the steps below.

 

1. iD Mobile App (fastest way)

Open the iD Mobile app
Log in to your account
Tap “View add-ons” on the home screen
Choose UK Data Add-ons
Select the data bundle you want
Tap Confirm

 

2. Website (My Account)

Go to my.idmobile.co.uk
Log in
Select Add-ons
Choose a data bundle
Confirm purchase
