could not authenticate PDP on holiday

Hi 

I have 3 contracts with ID mobile and we are currently in Portugal on holiday, 2/3 of the mobiles are working fine on mobile data but mine isn’t I’m getting a could not authenticate PDP message.

i have tried all the settings changes that I am able to do on my phone but they’re not working. 
I did change my spend cap to £0 yesterday as we arrived but I’ve changed that back to £5 this morning as I saw this could be causing an issue but that is still not working. 
Ive reset network settings also and that hasn’t worked. 
 

I’ve also checked all the options on my id mobile account and roaming is showing as enabled. 
 

could someone look into this for me
