Hi @Loujoy,

I've just sent you a private message to help get this sorted.

To find it, click your profile picture in the top-right corner and select ‘Private Messages’.

You can also use this direct link to your inbox: https://community.idmobile.co.uk/inbox/overview

I'll speak to you there.

Thanks,

Hi @Liamk86,

I'm sorry to hear you're still unable to use your phone in Spain, especially after already trying to manually select a network.

Please try the following:

  • Turn Airplane Mode on for around 30 seconds, then turn it back off.
  • Restart your phone.
  • Make sure Data Roaming is enabled in your phone settings.
  • Check that Roaming, International, and Premium Services are enabled in your iD Mobile account.
  • After manually selecting a network, restart the phone and allow a few minutes for it to connect.

You can also try a network reset:

iPhone

  1. Go to Settings > General > Transfer or Reset iPhone.
  2. Tap Reset.
  3. Select Reset Network Settings.
  4. Restart your phone.

Android

  1. Go to Settings > General Management or System.
  2. Select Reset.
  3. Tap Reset Mobile Network Settings or Reset Network Settings.
  4. Restart your phone.

If you've tried all of the above and you're still unable to connect, please contact our Customer Service Team via Live Chat so they can investigate further: https://www.idmobile.co.uk/live-chat

Regards,
