Can I use my data abroad? I’m wondering if this will work in Spain Barcelona

    Great question! 

     

    Yes, you can use your data in Barcelona, Spain with your iD Mobile plan, so you’ll be able to stay connected while you’re away, however you are limited to 30GB of roaming data, as per our fair usage policy. 

     

    Just a couple of handy tips to make sure everything runs smoothly:

    • We recommend setting your bill cap to £0.00 before you travel. This helps prevent any unexpected charges while you’re abroad.
    • When you arrive, make sure your phone connects to either Yoigo or Movistar, as these are the preferred networks in Spain for iD Mobile, this will help ensure your services work properly.

     

    If you notice any issues, you can also try manually selecting one of those networks in your phone settings.
