Using mobile data in malta, don’t know if I’m being charged and don’t know how much mobile data is left

Good news! Malta is one of our Roam Free destinations, so you can use your plan there at no extra cost.

 

Your data usage while roaming comes from your normal plan allowance, so you won't be charged for using data in Malta unless you've used all of your allowance or incurred any out-of-plan charges.

 

To check how much data you have left and whether there have been any additional charges, simply log in to the iD Mobile app or your online account.

 

We'd also recommend setting your bill cap to £0.00 to help prevent any unexpected charges:

  • Open the iD Mobile app or log in to your online account.
  • Go to Bills.
  • Select Manage Bill Cap.
  • Set your bill cap to £0.00 and save the changes.
