Data abroad not working

Hi, my data doesn’t seem to be working as at Wednesday. I’ve been in Spain since last Sunday, and was working at the time. Is there a known issue that’s occurred in the last couple of days?

my plan states I still have plenty of data left, so unsure why it’s not working

I’m sorry to hear your data has stopped working while you’re in Spain. I completely understand how frustrating that must be, especially when it was working fine earlier in your trip.
 

There are no known widespread issues affecting roaming at the moment, so let’s try a few quick checks to refresh your connection:

Restart your phone
Turn Airplane Mode ON for 30 seconds, then OFF again
Go to Settings > Mobile Networks and ensure Data Roaming is ON
Manually select a local network instead of automatic
Try switching between available networks (e.g. different Spanish providers)
Make sure mobile data is enabled
